Amy supports the hiring process for the library’s non-academic employees, temporary employees and student assistants. She is also the contact point for library employees’ questions about reclassifications, compensation, flexible work arrangements and other HR-related issues. Prior to joining the library team, Amy worked as a classification and compensation HR specialist at Sacramento State University, and has experience in ensuring policy compliance, high-level HR recruitment, compensation and classification, and supporting personnel matters in a unionized environment.
