Ruth has been a UC Davis librarian for the sciences with a focus on agricultural, biological and environmental sciences since 2001. She works closely with animal researchers from all departments and programs except veterinary medicine and medicine. In supporting the comprehensive (all languages, all formats) collections and research in Bee Biology and Pollination Biology, she is informally known as the “Bee librarian.”
